Advise multinational corporation on releases of GHGs and ozone depleting substances from facility operations and related reporting and compliance obligations under federal and state statutes.
Represent Clean Air Act designated major source of nitrous oxide and other GHGs in reducing emissions and securing emissions trading credits in compliance with California's South Coast Air Quality Management District trading program.
Advise multinational manufacturer on facility sitings, air permitting and GHG emission reductions associated with manufacture of high efficiency engines.
