SEXUAL HARASSMENT TRAINING: Complete Your Sexual Harassment Training for Supervisors

Under California Government Code Section 12950.1, all supervisors at companies employing 50 or more employees and/or contractors in California must receive at least two hours of sexual harassment training at least once every two years.  In addition, all new supervisors must receive such training within six months of their assumption of a supervisory position.

Heller Ehrman’s Labor and Employment attorneys have developed an engaging and informative training program that complies with the content requirements of the Government Code. Experienced attorneys will be providing this training for supervisors who now need a mandatory “refresher” course, as well as for any new supervisors.

Who should attend?

• All supervisors who last received sexual harassment training in 2006
• Newly hired or promoted supervisors
• Supervisors who missed your on-site training program
