District Court Certifies Class in Foundry Resins Price-Fixing Conspiracy Case

Class Certification

On May 2, 2007, the Southern District of Ohio certified a class comprised of customers located in the United States who purchased foundry resins directly from defendants (or their predecessors, controlled subsidiaries or affiliates) within the time period of January 1, 16 2001 to December 31, 2003. In re Foundry Resins Antitrust Litig., 242 F.R.D. 393 (S.D. Ohio 2007).
