Michael R. Wrenn joined the firm in 1988 and practices litigation, including insurance coverage and product liability claims.
Mr. Wrenn’s practice includes representation of insureds in insurance coverage litigation as well as business and construction litigation in state and federal courts. He represents a number of local and national companies in evaluating and litigating insurance coverage for construction claims, environmental liability and directors and officers liability. His clients include companies in construction, truck manufacturing, chemical distribution, wood treating, waste hauling and landfill industries, as well as municipalities with insurance coverage claims. Mr. Wrenn has been lead counsel in over a dozen multimillion dollar lawsuits seeking coverage for claims against insurance companies, and defended numerous class action and business tort cases.
Mr. Wrenn is a frequent speaker on the subject of business litigation and insurance coverage law for various organizations including The American Bar Association, Risk Management Insurance Society and many Continuing Legal Education providers.
