Steven O. Weise joined the firm in 1991 and is a member of the Corporate/VLG and Debt Finance Practice Groups.
Mr. Weise practices in all areas of commercial law. His experience in financings is extensive, especially in those secured by personal property, including structured financing. He also handles matters involving real property anti-deficiency laws, workouts, guarantees, sales of goods, letters of credit, commercial paper and checks and investment securities. In addition, Mr. Weise’s experience covers consumer law compliance and general corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions and private and public offerings. He lectures widely on commercial law topics and legal opinion letters.
