Attorney Biography

Dan's practice focuses on business transactions and counseling, with emphasis on acquisitions, joint ventures and energy project finance, as well as disputes over ownership of businesses.  Clients for whom Dan works participate in numerous industries, including solar energy, petroleum, medical equipment, apparel, semiconductor equipment, biotechnology, software, real estate, retail and banking. Dan joined the firm in 1974.
