Nitin Subhedar joined the firm in 1996 and has a diverse litigation practice within the Intellectual Property Practice Group.
Mr. Subhedar has worked on a number of commercial litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property cases. He has litigated in state and federal courts, as well as in the U.S. International Trade Commission. Mr. Subhedar has extensive experience in conducting technical analyses regarding the interpretation, validity and infringement of patents, as well as in analyzing and evaluating trade secrets.
He has worked closely with scientific experts and key technical personnel to develop litigation strategies, expert reports, and other materials designed to explain complex technical concepts to laypersons. He has experience in numerous technologies including integrated circuits, semiconductor memories, semiconductor processing, computer telephony and telecommunications systems. From 1993 to 1994, Mr. Subhedar served as law clerk to the Honorable Vaughn R. Walker of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Mr. Subhedar is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
