Esther Stringham is an associate in the Corporate VLG Practice Group of Heller Ehrman. She joined the firm in 2007.

Experience

Ms. Stringham focuses her practice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investment, and general corporate representation of both public and private companies. She also advises on the establishment of charities in the UK.

Ms. Stringham’s experience includes acting for:

• Analog Devices on its acquisition of a modem software business from TTP Communications plc,
• GlobalMedia on its acquisition of Bigmouthmedia Limited,
• Wolfson Microelectronics plc on its acquisition of Sonaptic Limited,
• Prepay Technologies Limited on its acquisition by Accor Services.

In addition, Ms. Stringham has acted for a number of venture-backed companies and venture capital firms, including:

• Logispring in a number of its investments,
• Getjar Networks in an investment by Accel Partners,
• Mobango in an investment by Doughty Hanson and subsequent follow-on rounds, and
• Bessemer Venture Partners in its investments in Cecure Gaming Limited.
