Christopher F. Stoll joined the firm in 1995 and is a member of the firm's Insurance Recovery and Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Groups.
Mr. Stoll’s practice includes representation of business entities in complex disputes involving insurance coverage, intellectual property and alleged unfair business practices. Mr. Stoll advises and represents public and private companies in insurance coverage disputes arising out of consumer class actions, infringement of intellectual property, and other commercial litigation, as well as first party property and business interruption losses. He also represents technology companies in patent disputes and intellectual property matters.
