Daniel Rockey joined the firm in 1996 and practices complex commercial litigation, including securities, antitrust, intellectual property and unfair business practices litigation.
Mr. Rockey's experience includes representing major accounting firms and issuers in securities class action litigation, officers and directors in class and derivative litigation and companies large and small in a variety of antitrust, intellectual property and unfair practices litigations, arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Rockey is admitted to practice before the District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California.
