Tyler Peterson joined the firm in 2007 and is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice group.
Mr. Peterson has experience with intellectual property, antitrust, and securities related litigation. His litigation and non-legal experience has involved companies in the telecommunications, software, banking, media, and commodities industries. Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, Mr. Peterson worked as an analyst for a large Washington State based bank. Mr. Peterson speaks conversational Spanish.

Represents a technology licensing company with a large telecommunications related patent portfolio in a multi-district patent litigation involving call center technology.
Represented large manufacturer in lawsuits brought under the Lanham Act targeting the importation of counterfeit merchandize bearing the manufacturer’s trademarks.
Represents directors and officers of a publicly traded media company in a derivative lawsuit involving allegations that the individual defendants backdated stock option grants.
