Amy Paye joined the firm in 2003 and is a member of Heller Ehrman’s Venture Law Group.
Ms. Paye's practice focuses on the corporate representation of private and public emerging growth companies, venture capital firms and investment banks. She is involved in a full range of corporate legal projects for emerging growth companies, including venture financings, public offerings, public company securities law compliance matters, technology licensing, strategic partnering and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Paye has worked with a variety of private and public companies, venture capitalists and underwriters, including @Road, Autonomic Technologies, Bay City Capital, CardioDx, Direct Flow Medical, Goldman Sachs, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, KLA-Tencor, Mohr Davidow Ventures, Nanopoint, Reactrix Systems, Riley Genomics, RITA Medical Systems, Sopra Group, Telegraph Hill Partners and TPG Ventures.
Ms. Paye was an attorney at Venture Law Group from 1997 through 2003 and, prior to joining Venture Law Group, was an attorney at a prominent national law firm.
