Brandon Pace joined Heller Ehrman in 2005 and focuses his practice in intellectual property litigation.
Mr. Pace has significant experience in patent, trade secret and commercial litigation and litigation counseling matters, including representing clients in Section 337 unfair import investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission. His litigation and litigation counseling experience is in a range of technical areas including automotive products, electronics, optics, packaging, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors and telecommunications. Mr. Pace has represented international companies in simultaneous multi-jurisdiction litigation matters. He has also represented companies with large operations in China, and while representing one such company, which was involved in several simultaneous litigations, lived in China. Mr. Pace is also experienced in securities litigation and internal and SEC investigations.
Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, Mr. Pace worked as an associate for prominent law firms in their Silicon Valley and San Diego offices.
Mr. Pace is proficient in Japanese.
