Brian K. Nagatani joined the firm in 2005 and practices labor and employment law.
Mr. Nagatani represents employers before state and federal courts in a broad range of employment litigation matters. He has defended employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract, fraud, defamation, and violation of leave and unfair competition laws. Mr. Nagatani also has experience defending employers in wage and hour class actions.
Mr. Nagatani provides preventative counseling to employers on a broad range of issues including hiring and termination decisions and personnel policy decisions. He provides client training regarding sexual harassment, performance management and other employment-related topics.
Mr. Nagatani has served as a high school mock trial coach in Santa Clara County since 2002.
