Brian D. McDonald joined the firm in 2003 and practices litigation.
Mr. McDonald’s practice includes insurance coverage, securities litigation and complex commercial litigation. He has been involved in many aspects of both federal and state litigation. Mr. McDonald joined the firm after completing a one-year judicial clerkship for the Honorable Margaret M. Morrow in the Central District of California. Mr. McDonald also worked as a summer associate with Heller Ehrman in the summer of 2001.
