Scott Leonard-Morgan is a partner in the Corporate Practice of Heller Ehrman. He joined the firm in 2007.

Experience

Mr. Leonard-Morgan concentrates his practice in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital investments and general corporate representations of both public and private companies. His practice covers both English and international transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Leonard-Morgan was associated with another law firm in London. Before that, he was a barrister in independent practice.
