Chelseaa Bush joined the firm in 2003 and practices intellectual property law.
Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, Chelseaa interned for the U.S. Attorneys' Office in the Southern District of New York. Ms. Bush's practice focuses on U.S. and international trademark counseling and prosecution, advising on branding strategies, pursuing and resolving trademark and copyright infringement and domain name disputes and licensing issues.
