Ted Kim joined the firm in 2003 and has a practice emphasizing the representation of emerging growth technology companies and their investors. He is a member of the Corporate/VLG Practice Group.
Mr. Kim practices general corporate and securities law, representing emerging growth companies and their investors in general corporate matters, venture capital financings, technology transactions, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. His clients include companies in the medical device, life sciences, software, telecommunications and electronics industries. In addition, Mr. Kim represents a number of venture capital funds in their portfolio investments.
Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, Mr. Kim was a director of Venture Law Group.
