David M. Jargiello joined the firm in 2003 and is a member of Heller Ehrman's Venture Law Group. He also serves as the firm’s General Counsel.
Mr. Jargiello has substantial experience working with emerging growth companies in a broad range of corporate and securities transactions, including venture capital financings, public financings, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting and technology licensing.
Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, Mr. Jargiello was one of the founders of Venture Law Group, and served for many years as its general counsel. In that capacity, Mr. Jargiello also developed significant experience in matters of professional responsibility and the laws governing lawyers.
