Dale Huxford joined Heller Ehrman in 2008 and is a member of the Corporate/VLG practice.
Mr. Huxford’s practice focuses on all aspects of venture-backed companies, from formation to capital fundraising and venture finance to M&A and other strategic business combinations. Mr. Huxford has worked with clients in the digital entertainment, digital media, fixed and mobile communications, enterprise software, and e-commerce sectors.
Mr. Huxford has significant licensing and tech transaction experience, including overseas licensing transactions. He has drafted, negotiated and closed content acquisition and software development deals, primarily in the digital media and enterprise software sectors. Mr. Huxford's expertise also includes business process and IT outsourcing, having been involved in more than a dozen separate offshore outsourcing projects with overseas vendors.
Mr. Huxford is a member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals. He is fluent in Spanish.
