Aseem Gupta joined Heller Ehrman in 2007 and is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group.
Mr. Gupta was a summer associate with Heller Ehrman in 2006. During law school, he was a legal extern to The Honorable Bernard Zimmerman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Prior to law school, Mr. Gupta spent two years working as a systems analyst in New York City.
