Attorney Biography

Sheri Fox joined the firm in 2006 and specializes in corporate securities and corporate financing matters. She is a member of the Corporate/VLG Practice Group.

Experience

Ms. Fox’s practice focuses on corporate securities and corporate financings, including public and private equity and debt offerings and exchange offers; corporate governance matters, including Sarbanes-Oxley Act and stock exchange compliance requirements; federal securities registration and reporting matters; and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, she represented companies in connection with public offerings, private placements, management-sponsored and leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, technology licensing and transfers, federal and state securities compliance and venture capital financings.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Fox worked in Washington, D.C. as an International Economist with the U.S. Department of Commerce, where she specialized in international intellectual property and technology commercialization matters and as an Economist with the Office of Management and Budget.
