Kris Elder joined the firm in 2004 and has a litigation practice.
Ms. Elder has a litigation practice with an emphasis on complex commercial and securities litigation. Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, Ms. Elder worked for a prominent national law firm in Washington, D.C., where she had experience before federal and local courts and federal agencies in a variety of litigation matters, including those pertaining to antitrust, energy and international trade. While attending law school, Ms. Elder was a legal intern for the Honorable Jane A. Restani, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of International Trade.
