Inna J. Efimchik joined Heller Ehrman in 2005 and is a member of the Corporate/VLG practice group.
Ms. Efimchik represents emerging companies and venture capital firms, with an emphasis on venture capital financings, corporate partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and general counseling to start-up companies, working with clients in life sciences and biotechnology, medical devices and diagnostics, and software and communications technology. Before law school, Ms. Efimchik worked as a Placement Manager for a boutique recruiting agency specializing in the software industry. She also volunteered for the Bay Area Legal Aid. Ms. Efimchik is fluent in Russian.
