Megan Dixon joined the firm in 2004 and practices complex criminal and civil litigation with an emphasis on white collar crime and antitrust issues.
Ms. Dixon's practice focuses on internal corporate investigations and criminal antitrust matters, including cartel defense. Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, Ms. Dixon has had substantial experience both defending and prosecuting criminal cases, having worked in private practice and as a federal prosecutor. Ms. Dixon has represented foreign and domestic corporations and individuals in criminal investigations and litigation. She has particular expertise in the area of international criminal antitrust law.
Ms. Dixon worked as a full-time faculty lecturer at Harvard Law School for three years and is a former law clerk to the Honorable William M. Hoeveler, United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
