Nicole Cunningham joined Heller Ehrman in 2005 and has a litigation practice.
Ms. Cunningham practices litigation with a focus on the acquisition and protection of intellectual property, including patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets.
Prior to law school, Ms. Cunningham worked as a research assistant at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, where she studied the effects of dietary curcumin on colon cancer cells.
