Michael Caughey joined the firm in 2006 and is a member of the firm’s Structured Finance and Corporate practice groups.
Mr. Caughey’s practice focuses on securitzation of residential and commercial mortgage loans, and other public and private securities offerings. Mr. Caughey has experience respresenting issuers, underwriters and servicers in a variety of commercial mortgage backed securities transactions. Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, Mr. Caughey worked at a prominent New York law firm.
