Jason M. Casella joined Heller Ehrman in 2006 and is a member of the Corporate/VLG Practice Group.
Mr. Casella has represented both private and public companies in merger and acquisition transactions. He has experience in private capital markets, particularly in the sales and acquisitions of preferred stock, convertible debt, warrants and other securities. He has also advised on commercial transactions and corporate governance issues, and assisted public companies with public offerings and private placements.
