Gabrielle E. Bina joined Heller Ehrman in 2002, and has an intellectual property litigation, antitrust, and appeals and strategy practice.
Ms. Bina has worked on a variety of matters as an associate at Heller Ehrman, including patent infringement cases and cases involving federal and state antitrust claims. Ms. Bina has also been involved in a wide variety of appellate matters before both federal and state courts. In addition, Ms. Bina has also worked on several pro bono matters, including the representation of a pro se plaintiff in the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the representation of a death row inmate in Georgia state court.
While attending law school, Ms. Bina was a member of Law Review and the Wisconsin Innocence Project. She also held a judicial externship with the Honorable Barbara B. Crabb in the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
