Jason Barnwell joined the firm in 2007. He has a business practice and is a member of the Venture Law Group/Emerging Companies practice group.
Mr. Barnwell served as a summer associate with Heller Ehrman in 2006. Prior to joining the legal industry, Mr. Barnwell worked as a software engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area developing enterprise expense capture software. He was also a technology specialist at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
