Sona Balachandran joined Heller Ehrman in 2007 and has a corporate practice.
Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, Ms. Balachandran was a 2006 summer associate in the Heller Ehrman Washington, DC and New York Offices. As a law student, Ms. Balachandran was an intern for the honorable Judge Christopher C. Conner in the United States District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania. Prior to law school, Ms. Balachandran was a paralegal for a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C., where she assisted in a variety of real estate and corporate transactions.
