Our Shanghai office opened in December of 2007 to serve the legal needs of clients based in Asia, Europe and the US, marking the firm’s continued expansion and steady growth in the Asia and China markets. As part of a fully-integrated international practice, our Shanghai office works closely with lawyers in our 13 other offices throughout the world, assisting Chinese and multinational companies in protecting their IP, resolving disputes, and undertaking cross-border transactions and direct investment in China. Our Shanghai office has a focus on intellectual property, particularly representation of Chinese companies facing high stakes IP litigation in the United States, strategic counseling, and IP enforcement throughout Asia.
