At Heller Ehrman, we have many people in a variety of roles to help us achieve our diversity goals.

Managing Director − People: The shareholder who oversees the firm's efforts to maximize associate diversity, recruitment, retention and advancement.

Attorney Development Leadership Team: Chaired by the Managing Director − People and the Chief Human Resources Officer. Includes leaders from firmwide and office committees responsible for the diversity, recruitment, retention and advancement of our attorneys.

Ethnic Diversity Committee: Addresses the development and implementation of policies and programs that further the recruitment, retention and advancement of attorneys of color.

Gender Diversity Committee: Addresses issues of work/life balance and the recruitment, retention and advancement of women.

LGBT Task Force: Addresses the recruitment, retention and advancement of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered attorneys.

HELGA: An affinity group for LGBT attorneys and staff that organizes community events and addresses workplace issues of interest to the group's members.

Office Diversity Committees: Address the recruitment, retention and advancement of attorneys of color and LGBT attorneys in each of our offices.

Diversity Specialist: Provides coordination for the firm's many diversity efforts.
